Boost your innovation skills
Being innovative is a skill that can be developed. There is more to it than just a spark of creativity combined with some sticky notes. Innovation requires a systematic approach and a well-defined process.
During this workshop you will experience how your creative mind works, how patterns obstruct innovation and how to work around the main pitfalls using creative techniques. We use an innovation challenge to go through the steps of the process. In doing so, the workshop also provides an introduction into the Ynnovate methodology; our proven framework for driving innovation in the public sector.
Building networks of change
While change is happening faster and faster, public organizations have to show flexibility and innovation. The mission of Ynnovate is to help public sector organizations to boost innovation. Over the last 10 years, Ynnovate has successfully created a powerful movement of change; the Ynnovators Network.
The Ynnovators Network consists of more than 1,700 public sector employees and is boosting innovation within the public sector. In this workshop, we will share our approach and learnings in building this movement of change in a bureaucratic environment. Together, we will explore the dos and don’ts, and generate ideas for structuring and empowering networks of change.
